9.0The location was easy to find, being an annex to the farm house parking was really easy. The host was very friendly and couldn`t do enough for us, even leaving a few goodies to welcome us

− Had problem with upstairs shower think there was a blockage as water wouldn’t grain away so was unable to use it
Quality accommodation- needs to be upfront about all about access and garden visibility from the property- whether dogs
9.0Incredibly clean, great baths and bathrooms. Great kitchen set-up. Generous welcome pack
− Didn’t know until final weeks the distance from the car park to the entrance. We were supposed to be bringing my mother in law for the trip and last minute she couldn’t make it. It would have been too far for her to navigate over different surfaces and distance- would have been good to explain upfront. Couldn’t see the dogs from the property when we let them out. Would have been good to highlight. One toilet roll over two bathrooms seems unnecessary . No plug sockets easily accessible to upstairs bed for tech.
Great stay for country walks and trip to city.

7.0Lovely place very friendly and helpful host . Annexe well equipped and comfortable - a very generous Welcome basket on arrival - and very convenient for Easingwold area
− Dog poo left in garden and on paths - from previous guests ??. recommend clearing that up before other guests ! Annexe is sited close to trainline - quite noisy with trains rushing by

10.0Really lovely place love the baths, bed and very dog friendly. Easy parking and access.
− We had a small dog who was able to fit under the gate, but no problems with our bigger dogs.
