8.0The distance from the beach is one of the best values for this house as well as other qualities. Very clean, tidy, spacious and with its setting can fit many people. The whole operation of the house is done from the phone. There is no one there but this is an additive to its value. It's very discreet and cozy. There was always someone to answer our questions on the phone. The overall experience was very nice. I would definitely go again.
