Cómodo, bien ubicado y cerca de muchos lugares agradables para comer
10.0El departamento es muy cómodo y además es bonito, está muy bien ubicado y tiene una serie de detalles como por ejemplo que mantiene en cada baño shampoo, bálsamo y jabón líquido, está muy bien equipado por si está un poco frío, pues tiene un calefactor muy eficiente y el televisor tiene pilas y funciona bien (otros se caen en eso). Son muy serios en cuanto a horarios y el personal de recepción es muy gentil. Tiene una terraza amplia con vista a la Avenida del Mar y al jardín del edificio y es seguro pues no está encima d esa vereda sino a una distancia que lo hace seguro. El aseo está muy bien.

10.0La vista hermosa, sin tener que salir del departamento, S-Mart TV que hace más fácil poner música o entretencion, conserje muy simpático y hospitalario
− Máquina calentadora de pan no tenía el adaptador de enchufe para poder usarlo

− Falta de elementos de higiene (mopa, alfombra de baño) y las lavadoras de ropa del complejo funcionan con app prepaga. Para los extranjeros es imposible conectar y lavar.
