Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική . 5 λεπτά από το Ρέθυμνο μακριά από φασαρία . Στο Ρέθυμνο έβραζε ο τόπος στο χωριό Ρουσσοσπίτι δροσιά . Ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικός και το σπίτι του προσεγμένο στις λεπτομέρειες! Περάσαμε οικογενειακώς πολύ ωραία.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect – a peaceful and charming little village, while still being close to both the city and the beach. It was the ideal place for our family with children, with plenty of space and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view is beautiful, and we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The host was outstanding – always replied immediately, was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again.

− The first day we came to the house we placed our water bottles, juicebottles (and so on) to the door rack of the refrigerator as we normally do at home as well. The next time I opened the door the lowest rack fell down with the water bottles. I didn’t try to fix it but placed the rack above the refrigerator. After we had left the house, the owner called me and asked what happened with the refrigerator. I explained and he said that I should have informed him right away and say that I’m sorry about that. He added that he is going to charge me via booking, because he had just bought a new refrigerator and we broke it. I was astounded because I didn’t brake anything on purpose. I said that I’m not going to rent anything from him in the future and he said he doesn’t want me to his property. In addition, the neighbours were quite noisy, there wasn’t soap in the toilets and toilet paper run out soon (had only 2-3 rolls). The shower of the first floor didn’t work. As I mentioned these to the property owner he blamed me for not informing him about it. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after this experience.

The villa is very clean ,very well equipped. Great location. It's a 10-minute drive from the Rethemno center . It It located in a very quiet village, up in the mountains and a sea view. Very friendly locals that help in whatever you ask. The host is super cooperative and caring. Worth every penny.
