4.0Location was good.
− It smelt very musty, mold in bathroom. Lots of water on floor in bathroom after a shower, slippery and I even fell and hurt myself. It looks very old from the outside, dirty and not very well maintained.

7.0Nice location close to everything in town easy to find, cottage was old with a bit of charm, but well appointed.
− Park owners need to be around to clean up the grounds after a weekend of tourist's mess.

4.0Its location was an easy walk to shops & food places .
− When we arrived at the property & opened the door there was a horrible smell, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly/ mice. Even though we opened the windows & doors the smell still persisted. It was even worse after we left to go & do some shopping. We had to keep spraying rooms with air fresheners as well as burning a candle to combat the smell. We had to wipe down benches & wash dishes before we could use them. The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel the boards underneath it. The floors were not very clean. There were cockroaches running around in the kitchen & bathroom! On the site it says a cottage not a house which has been turned into 2 cottages . If the other cottage is occupied you can hear them talking/ banging cupboards. We had neighbours for 3 nights & after they left a cleaner came to change the beds/clean they were only there for not even 45 mins. Considering you have to pay an extra $300 deposit on top of what you pay to stay in the property,which gets refunded after the inspection of the property after you leave it shouldn’t be like this. We probably should have gone down to get a refund from the property management/ real estate agent on the Monday & stayed somewhere else.
