10.0I had a great stay here and would definitely book it again. The location worked really well for me. It’s an easy walk to downtown Silver Spring, so getting to restaurants, coffee shops, and the Metro was simple without having to drive everywhere. I also liked having the park and running track across the street. I used it a few times during my stay, and it was a nice bonus that I wasn’t expecting. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet at night, so I slept well. It was also nice to have Netflix and Amazon available for relaxing in the evenings after being out during the day. Sergio made everything easy, and check-in was straightforward. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient place to stay, and I’d be happy to stay here again.

10.0It was very clean and Sergio was very responsive and polite. He made sure that everything was clear and all of my questions were answered. He is a great host and seems to be very fair. Neighborhood was quiet and safe, safe and I see a nice area even with the construction going on.

10.0I like the area where it was located. I love the quietness, the place was extremely clean. I liked the space of the place. It was all around the nicest Airbnb that I have stayed in.
