− Not being able to get hold of the host. None of my messages or e mails got a reply.Calls where cut off on the day we arrived(we were lucky that the daughter noticed us and opened the key safe to finally let us in,well after 3pm.She was surprised that we weren't told the key safe number).The stairs off the property is a safety issue.No rail to hold onto to walk the stairs and no light,very dangerous
