The property was very clean and well equipped. It is close to all local amenities and the beach. Mike was extremely helpful when there was an issue with the hot tub. He came out immediately to sort the problem, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in Hornsea.

Location - near the park, shops and restaurants. 10/15 min walk to the beach or 5 mins in the car. Free on street parking and lovely sunny west facing terrace at the front for the afternoon sun and an east facing back yard for the morning sun. The street is very quiet and lovely and friendly neighbours. The house is a good size, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. The beds were comfortable and the dressing gowns are a nice touch too. It’s great there is a downstairs loo as well as a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Also a bath and sink in the top bedroom. The fans in the bedrooms were very welcome and needed as the weather was very hot. There is Smart TV so you are able to get all the streaming services like Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc etc The kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook on your holiday. Easy to use oven - which is always good ☺️ There is also a hot tub. We weren’t bothered about that but it’s a great facility if you enjoy hot tubs. It’s dog friendly and there are bowls and towels left out which is a nice touch. Also a great little touch was the free bottle of wine/ beers and the crisps and biscuits. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Hornsea. Thank you 🤩

Location on a quiet street and easy walk to the town centre ( 5 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes) through the park. The house is spotless and has a lovely open plan sitting and dining room. Kitchen has everything you need. There is also a small toilet downstairs which reminds you of an airplane. The bedrooms are airy and comfortable and the bathroom has a bath and walk in shower which is very good. The hot tub is very good and a real bonus. All in all this is an excellent choice for a lovely time Hornsea.

Location was perfect for the beach, town centre, bars and restaurants, all walking distance.

− Curtains would be good in the twin bedroom. Very bright even though there are blinds which disturbed sleep.

Relaxed, enjoyable stay in a perfect house.
