7.0The flat was comfortable, very spacious and the kitchen had plenty of crockery, cuttlery and utensils. Plenty of spare bedding and towels. Good amount of cleaning products in the cupboards
− Very loud neighbours upstairs, it was difficult to get to sleep at night. The Dishwasher had stagnant water,the kettle needed descaling and the toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken. No bedside tables in any of the bedrooms

− Toilet seat loose, needs fixing. Mirrors unfixed. No terrestrial TV. No soft lighting. Toiletries absent or dispensers not working. Stagnant water in the courtyard planters. It’s 3a not 3. Didn’t see your message till we arrived. Wish you’d told us earlier. Poor bloke at 3 has been mithered about a year now and is getting pissed off now. Had a laugh about it though.
Lovely plave to stay - an excellent (and cheaper!) alternative to a chain hotel!

8.0Very clean and comfortable. Three very clean and comfortable bedrooms. Excellent bathrooms Well equipped kitchen and comfortable settee. Good location in a tree lined street.
− Slightly untidy garden and yard with full bins. Lack of rubbish bags in kitchen. It may be my incompetence but big tv was difficult to navigate.
