5.0The location. Polruan was lovely.
− Musty smell in property. Not clean enough. Some fittings in bathrooms not working. 3rd bedroom wasnt really a bedroom it was more a walk through from front door. No privacy in that room. Patio covered in weeds
Perfect stay
8.0Beautiful view , brilliant for us as we had a boat to cross to Fowey and back. We went with our two best friends and the place was perfect and roomy. Very comfortable beds.

Beautiful stay in a great location
10.0This property was simply amazing. Could not believe how space we had, and the view across the harbour was incredible. Super comfy bedrooms and all the creature comforts you need to feel at home. Owner was super lovely and helpful throughout our stay.

Stay was not nice we basically stayed in an apartment that was not cleaned the beds has not been changed , I had to call

Not for the elderly or infirm.
8.0Flat was warm, spotlessly clean, well furnished.
− Please note you have to park in the carpark at the top of the village. The walk down to the apartment by foot is a nightmare. Certainly not suitable for elderly people, and this should clearly be stated by booking.com. my friend and I are well over 65. The steps down are narrow and treacherous. We had to carry two heavy suitcases ( on wheels), plus 2 additional bags. It was arduous to get down to the arpartment. They do tell you to travel 'light', but the steps are narrow and slippery. Going back up is equally difficult. Please be more specific and honest with your information in future.
