− Details about the key only by mid day of arrival which left me a bit nervous prior to our stay.
Excellent, good value for money don’t think you’d find a better location!
8.0Beautifully decorated with excellent use of small space perfect for couples or a pair to share. Very comfortable in all aspects, excellent hot water everything working well. Every single thing we wanted to see/do in Derry was within a 5 minute walk from this address!! The property is naturally very warm but there was a large effective fan available which resolved this immediately!
− The keypad entry system takes a bit of practice you have to be patient and then very quick once it activates. At one point after a few attempts it started emitting an alarm and we had no direct contact details for the property which is unstaffed but luckily we got it at the next attempt.
A really lovely 2 nights at this property. So well located and a beautifully decorated apartment.

7.0Excellent location, in the city center along a side street. We stayed 2 nights and were easy to find parking space. The host, Audrey, was friendly and helpful. The washing machine and drying rack was useful for our long trip.
− The apartment maybe new, but we felt that it is used and wasn’t very well maintained. There was no doubt a strong sewage smell from the bathroom when we checked in, maybe the apartment wasn’t rented out for past few days. The backyard was unkempt and fan speed control button was broken (see photos). Sound proofing from upstairs guests and street aren’t the best, not for light sleeper.
