6.0Хороша локалізація, буквально 2 хв від озера пішки, близько до Бальбьянелло. Відносно тихо. Є кондиціонер! Що важливо влітку. Багато гарного посуду (тарілки).
− Немає електрочайника, фен не працював, не зовсім чисто (брудна тостівниця, стара губка) Дуже сиро, що залежить певне від локалізації що притаманне італійським апартаментам близько води. Не було додаткової простині, тільки літній варіант ковдри, що для мене було не гігієнічно.

10.0Habitación amplia y muy limpia, Muebles, decoración, electrodomésticos y menaje completo y en perfecto estado. Excelente ubicación para un par de días por el Lago di Como. No tuvimos problema con el parking. El anfitrión muy atento y pendiente desde el principio hasta el fin. Muy recomendable!
