− Lo único que me pareció extraño en este tipo de alojamientos es que la comunicación con recepción era difícil, el teléfono al que llamábamos tardaba mucho en atendernos, el personal dudaba en muchas cuestiones sobre sus propias instalaciones… No hubo proactividad en el trato al cliente…
