1.0− It was not clean at all stuff was broken in the house

1.0Pessimo
− Pulizia, bagni non funzionanti, mancata sicurezza
It needs an improvement - overall.
3.0Location. Very near to the Underground.
− Not well cleaned. The bulb in the bathroom is not working and didn’t fix it. The carpet still has bits and pieces like it needs to vacuum or use a hover to clean it. The radiator in one of the rooms isn’t working as well.
Guest review
6.0The location was great. The host was amazing and communicated very well with us. Very polite and super helpful.
− The apartment could have been cleaned a little more. However, this could have been due to our last-minute booking due to another provider ghosting us and cancelling.
