Perfect location for me along the main road but still in a quiet area. There's privacy and WIFI.

Lovely little spot!
9.0We loved staying at the hermit house and in Siargao, so much that we extended our trip to around two weeks. The room has everything you realistically need. The bed is comfy and you can request for a laundry change, same with the towels they provide. The air con works. It has basic kitchen facilities. There is privacy as you are tucked away off the road so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the road or closer to the strip. But it’s not far at all to drive from the home to the main areas of Siargao for food, shops, etc. The owners and cleaner are extremely nice people and they respond quickly and do anything they can to help. A van hire was also arranged for us when we left for the airport (although they charged us a little higher than what we were told but that’s not the owner’s fault - you find drivers always take the mick with trying to charge more).
− The air con could be a little noisy, but we wore earplugs to sleep, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. There was a shower but it didn’t work so it was back to the cold bucket wash but this is normal in the Philippines it seems!
