A me e mia Moglie è piaciuta la posizione del casale, su una collina immersa in una tenuta di vigneti, la bella sensazione di esser soli, ma non abbandonati, nella proprietà ed unici fruitori della splendida piscina, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei nostri Ospiti.

− In realtà non ci sono cose che non ci sono piaciute, ma se volessimo proprio trovare il pelo nell'uovo, forse l'arredo un pò "retrò" della grande sala conviviale potrebbe esser leggermente svecchiata. In ogni caso giudizio più che positivo!

Das Haus und die Anlage sind wunderschön gelegen und top gepflegt! Das Haus ist groß mit großen Zimmern und zu jedem Zimmer gehört ein Bad. Der Pool ist groß, sodass man darin auch Bahnen schwimmen kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

− Es gab Nichts auszusetzen.

A proper taste of traditional umbria not a false tourist creation. Amazing location, helpful host with easy access to Assissi and Perugia. We loved our time spent here. A fantastic large salt water swimming as well.

− The villa is in the middle of a working vineyard so there is the odd tractor running about. It didn't bother us but might annoy some people. The villa is beautiful but traditional so if you like a modern hotel this is not for you.

The location, outlook and laundry facilities were very good

− This Villa wasn't anything like the images and facilities advertised The kitchen furniture had largely all been removed ("it was broken "according to the owner). (see photos) What furniture that did remain. was broken and very unstable The kitchen floor was also left in an oil stained state by a previous renter and gave the appearance of being not properly cleaned The villa was advertised as an idyllic rural retreat. In reality it was nothing like that. There were constant building works around the property that made it noisy and dusty from 8.00am until 4.30pm each day as the owner was undertaking extensions. Whilst we expected that there would be some minor noise from a working vineyard , we certainly did not expect this level of disruption. This also meant that the pool that was supposed to be for our exclusive use was not really able to be used because of both of these factors and the presence of builders adjacent to the pool meaning there was little privacy The main upsetting factor was that there was a constant stream of caterer's vans and cars on the Saturday with very loud movement of tables, setting up of large barbeques and Bar. When i queried this with the owner his only response was that he was in the process of setting up for a banquet on the next day for over a 100 people in a cellar complex directly underneath the villa. This is not my idea of peaceful enjoyment. The owner then added that he had been planning it for 12 months which begs the question, if he knew that, why didn't he just block out these days and I for one certainly wouldn't have made a booking . He had no answer to this. The disturbance went on until 11.
