− Property had not been cleaned properly - dirty cups and utensils, mouldy baking tray in oven, hair in bathrooms, urine on toilet in en-suite bathroom, kitchen bin not emptied.

10.0The only annoying thing was those curtains that let in the light very early in the morning, but the rest was incredible, a place I would definitely return to.
