EXCELLENT PLACE
10.0ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC APARTMENT with each and everything you need. The kitchen was EXCELLENTLY equipped. The Beds were comfy, good quality linen, extra blankets and lovely view. Just close your eyes and book it
− Again excellent place and I would go back BUT It was annoying that the person supposed to help us never picked up our phones and took ages to answers whatsapp messages. Seems like he was upset that he had to work on a holiday. When you book this place, you get a link with instructions (we didnt see it) , That link has all details to how to access the place. However the guy Jerome whose number they gave us was totally useless. Never answered our calls and at some point stopped answering our texts. I believe he was in an emergency situation thats why he couldnt answer. That said we managed to solve our issues once we found the email. Also, the email instructions (sent to you outside of booking.com) contain cleaning instructions of the apartment at the end of the stay. This is unclear if we have to clean the apartment while leaving and to what extent. Also recycling instructions wree unclear for paper, compost and aluminium. That said the place is EXCELLENT and I will definitely go back. Just be aware that Jerome might just not answer your call if you are in trouble.
