Everything. This is a fabulous place

Location and space!

− Very little amount or not at all essentials for cooking/kitchen (salt, sugar, oil, fairy liquid, dish washer tablets, etc). The dishwasher didn't clean properly. And some of the cutlery, china and glasses were not clean when we arrived. The house was not pristine clean either.

Unbeatable views from the conservatory, large well-serviced hot tub to appreciate the views, pool table & drinks fridge, aga kept the kitchen cosy, generous provision of two towels per person. Great for dogs - plenty of space for them to run from the door & easy walk to an empty beach. Spacious living & dining areas. The location is what makes this property special.

− Kitchen was neglected : freezer needs defrosting & dishwasher couldn’t be used as things came out dirty (& previous guests had put away cutlery & crockery like that) Everything felt grubby before we had washed it by hand. No tea towel or spray for cleaning surfaces. Double bed in downstairs room on the small side. Strongly disliked barrage of e-mails & texts hounding me into paying a ‘damage waiver’ when my credit card details are stored & were used to pay hefty balance. This felt exploitative and unnecessary. If we had damaged anything, these details would suffice to recoup a loss.

Great October school break with family

Location is perfect with amazing coastal sea views Cottage is huge, 4 double bedrooms and large lounge , dining area for 8. Doors lead to a large sunny conservatory overlooking the bay. Outside areas with hot tub and large tables to eat outside. Farm animals (sheep) come right up to perimeter wall of cottage . Games room was amazing with full size pool table and separate snug seating area. Log fire in lounge. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Welcome pack very useful
