Awful to cold for kids

This caravan was perfect for a stay with friends celebrating my partners birthday

− There were 2 dishes with oily / greasy water in them under the sink when we got there which was odd… otherwise I don’t think I could fault the property :))

3.0The ease of collecting keys was great as we arrived so late.
− The host, Callum, began so well and helpful. Said to contact him first if we needed any help. I contacted him before we even left, to check on how to use the facilities and ask if we needed passes - no reply. The caravan was clean on surface, but hadn’t had a deep clean in a while I would say. I know the caravan is old and expected some things to be in a little disrepair. However The quilt was mouldy, which I do not think is acceptable at all. The curtains were missing hooks and hanging off in some rooms. Although this is a little thing, it is also a very easy fix, and therefore should not be the case at all. There was mould beginning on some walls too. In the end we did not stay there the second night and left on Saturday evening. I just wasn’t willing to have my children stay there.
