4.0Location was central to las americas and adeje not much anymore to like.
− Pictures arent how the property is the person we dealt with was extremely rude. WiFi did not work and the rude member of staff we dealt with on whatsapp wouldn’t help. Balcony door lock was non existent and when asked to get someone out to repair this as we had small children (2/6 years old) on the 5th floor was asking us to leave the property and contact bookings.com. No where to leave luggage once left property and no late check out available. Apartment was flithy kids feet where black within minutes of arrival. Hot tub was filthy did not even turn it on it because of this. Resort its on does not help with anything as it privately owned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND DEFIANTLY WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.

2.0The location was beautiful. Large outdoor area with seating. Towels were clean and bathroom floor mats. Most surface areas had been wiped over. Fridge was clean. The cooker was clean.
− Everything was dirty. The Sofa was so dirty we used towels to sit on it. Bed, Bedding all stained and or smells of old sweat and dirt.(Cleaned pillows ourselves) Dirt on door handles and surrounding areas of the handles. Other people's dirt in bathroom shelves. The old shower gel is still stuck with dirt. Bathroom door doesn't lock. Had to use shoes to block the door while using it. The jacuzzi bathroom doesn't exist and never has worked, since installing 20 years ago. So the advert is misleading. Jacuzzi bath stained and old. The outdoor jacuzzi also didn't work. Bleeping and continued error messages. All flooring was really dirty. Cleaned it ourselves. Kitchen cabinets doors 3 don't close properly. The lamp was broken in the living area and the shelving unit was coming away from the wall. The bedroom French door lock was broken. The washing machine was so dirty and had disgusting mould. Drying (Metal clothes dryer with rust) ruined white clothes. Stained and cracked tiles on balcony areas. Host was hostile. Accusing and very aggressive. Horrible holiday. Picture to show.

Excellent stay a great apartment for all ages, highly recommend so much we have rebooked for next year.
10.0The roof terrace was amazing perfect location with watching the sunrise right through to sunset. The jacuzzi was a great added bonus. The reservations manager is great and attentive.
