There are many hotels in Noto to choose from, don’t chose this one.

Management never responded to our questions or concerns regarding poorly maintained facilities.

− Room was never serviced during our stay even though daily service was advertised in instructions. Upon arrival t bathroom was in poor state with a broken toilet seat and clogged shower, after numerous attempts contacting management there was zero response.

− WARNING – Do not stay here! May 2025: We booked and paid for a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View, but upon arrival, we were told that the room had already been given to someone else. Instead, we were placed in a much smaller room facing a courtyard, with only a tiny glimpse of the sea between buildings. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the advertised breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace – featured in glowing reviews and stunning pictures. It no longer exists. Instead, we were given a basic “Italian breakfast” (coffee and a pastry) at a nearby café. When we raised this, the staff told us they had recently bought the hotel and did not feel responsible for what the previous owners had promised. No compensation or apology was offered. The so-called free parking ended up costing us €55 in fines, despite following the exact parking instructions given by the staff. When we tried to resolve this, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s clear that the owners prioritize their other, more luxurious hotel outside of Noto – not this one, and certainly not the guests staying here. Fortunately, Booking.com helped us get a refund for the parking fine, as they agreed that the photos and descriptions did not match reality. Save yourself the disappointment – choose another place to stay.

Excellent location on the hill overlooking the old town with great views from the terrace. We found a car park out the front and were able to leave our car there and walk everywhere. Loved the breakfast included at the cafe nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious

Very beautiful, clean and large room with everything one desires. Little balcony in the room, stunning terrace with breathtaking view on the roofs of Noto. Free parking on the street was also convenient.
