9.0The accommodation is exactly as seen in the pictures. The host is amazing and so was her younger brother (Thami) who came to welcome us on arrival. I would use this apartment over and over again.

1.0the look of the apartment online
− that I was contacted while I was en route to Cape Town and was notified that my accomadation has been double booked and I need to cancel. this added a mountain of stress to myself and colleagues. this was a horrible experience and a massive let down on their side (administration) myself and my party were heavily impacted by their admin mistakes.
