Beautiful coastline, very nice local people. Biggest problem is knowing what to expect!
6.0Location was a paradox! The building is right next to the sand & rock reach! But the actual beach area is owned and operated bu a different person who charges 41 Euros per day to use his lounge chairs and umbrelly!1
− Virtually NO place to park without outragious $$ So we did not rent a car AND other transportation was not easy to schedule. Practically noone speaks English!

Calling this place “substandard” is a compliment.
1.0There is nothing note worthy to like about this property.
− This location was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in from booking.com. It deserves nothing less than to be delisted and here is why: From the start, the first thing you notice upon entering is the strong stench of musty mold from the unaired apartment. The humidity is pretty intense so naturally I tried to turn on the air conditioners to generate some circulation. They were not working, so I had to manually go to the basement and get into the fuse box to restart it to work. Which is entirely ridiculous and unacceptable. Further, the balcony pictured with chairs on it wobbles and was reinforced by a cheap plank and wire. There is also a gap at the base of the balcony with flimsy unsecured netting where our child could’ve fallen through at any moment. Due to this safety hazard we locked both doors to the balcony for the entire duration of our stay. Beware, parking is also a massive issue. Only paid parking is available. Once you go over the limit or don’t get up on time to refill the meter you get a ticket. I have now have $150 in accumulated tickets to pay. The premises was not cleaned properly and has cob webs all over the place along with dust & bird droppings on the balcony. Additionally they retain a $300 security deposit from you privately outside of booking.com as opposed to the $150 they mention elsewhere. They do this in order to collect cash on any incidentals or miscellaneous nonsense not in accordance with their “guidelines”. For example, I was charged an additional $58.86 for cleaning up all my waste and putting it into black garbage bags outside on the balcony because there are no garbage bins on the premises or the building. They say you must cross the street and find some. Those by the way are marked as private. Therefore it would be unacceptable to leave my waste there. Some other notes are: -The elevator cannot fit more than 2 adults. Be prepared for a very awkward elevator rides with strangers. -The large dracula-esk wardrobes are inoperable.
Great location with nice terrace
8.0The view from the terrace was great. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to hear the sound of the waves at night. It is very close to the old town. There is a store and many restaurants nearby.
− We rented this apartment for 8 nights. We were only provided two bath towels. They do say in the rental agreement you only get two towels and then they charge you for extra towels. I don't think this is right when you are staying for that long. They also only provided 2 small packets of shampoo, two rolls of toilet paper and one dispenser of mostly empty soap on the bathroom sink, no extra garbage bags, paper towels. It is the small things that make a difference. I don't want to have to go buy basic things to stay for a week in an apartment.
Overall, a great stay with just a few minor issues!
9.0Great stay! The location is perfect, with the city center, beach, and shops just a 5-minute walk away. Loved the two balconies and the convenience of a washing machine, dishwasher, ceiling fans, and A/C. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy.
− However, there were a few downsides: a lack of basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, coffee), no detergent for the appliances, and the apartment wasn’t spotlessly clean (especially under the bed). Additionally, the €300 deposit took quite a while to be returned.
