10.0Liegt direkt in zweiter Reihe zum Regents Park und in komfortabler Distanz zur Marylebone Highstreet und einigen Theatern. Angesichts der Nähe recht eleganter Viertel gutes Preis- Leisungsverhältnis auch wenn es selbst nicht die elegantesten Wohnung ist.

4.0Sie ist neben dem Regent Park gut gelegen. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und unkompliziert.
− Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sozialen Wohnungsbau. Der Eingang befindet sich hinten, durch die Fronttüre kommt man nicht rein. Der Standard ist sehr bescheiden und entspricht nicht den gezeigten Bildern. Der Spannteppich ist schmutzig, die Badewanne fleckig, die Möbel abgeschossen. Für 600 Pfund für zwei Nächte komplett überteuert.

− The shower was spraying outside the curtain and there was no mat. It is not a big deal, but it can be improved.
