3.0Lots of room. Comfortable beds. Washer/dryer. Back deck and outdoor seating.
− Visible signs of mouse infestation (poop in drawers). Dead mice in trap under kitchen sink. Heavily scratched cookware. No serving utensils. One bedroom doesn't have any windows (emergency egress?). Discarded couch taking up half of front porch. Kitchen sink drains poorly. Shower head stuck on 'massage'. Messaged the owner about these issues and have heard nothing. Gaston County has a 3% occupancy tax. The town of Stanley has no occupancy tax. The 'City tax' of $15 PER PERSON in the listing is a SCAM.

Overall Ziggy was great and the place was good for what we needed and we really appreciated it being pet friendly!
7.0The property was easy to find and access. Checking in and out was easy and we had no issues during our stay! The place seemed pretty clean and had what we needed for our short weekend getaway.
− The place could use some updates and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
