− Services which is completely zero and they did not disclose anywhere about not giving a single glass of water to a room if u need Evening their food at their cafe is of low quality completely tasteless Rest services u can understand simply

7.0The love prime place and the events and the surroundings and the aervice
− The left side ground floor room was too negative the matresses were too wrong out ,deep in the inner side... And bed sheets appeared to be total dusty .all the time. Once they changed the room the garden apperance and the sun light was too good and than enjoyed minus the office white bed sheets which didn't appear washed at all.
They rent out towels

− The staff didn't give any attention as well as was not really accomodating while I had to pay for towels and any facilities. Fan was not working.

- We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 6 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancelation without refunds.
- Children below 18 years of age are not permitted entry/stay at any of our hostels, with or without guardians. We do not recommend families.
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the hostel campus.
- We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.
