Everything was good apart from the children upstairs
6.0Decent location, little out the way didn’t mind that, clean/ tidy, well presented
− I was woken up on both mornings with the family upstairs, primarily the children running the length of their property up and down the stairs, all timber floors so heard every footstep. Really annoying and disturbed what was a very comfortable/ enjoyable sleep. And for that reason, I won’t be back.

− Bit of a lack of utensils and large plates. No splice for frying pan and no non stick frying pan which made clearing up to get out a bit drawn out having to soak pans.

− The gardens needed some work done to them, and unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the flat above in the morning.
Weekend trip to Tunbridge Wells for a wedding.
9.0Everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. The location was quiet and it was easy to park on the road immediately in front of the front gate. We were attending a wedding at The Spa Hotel which we could walk to in about 20-25 minutes (Slightly less if you are going to the Pantiles). The weather was quite cold but once the heating was going the apartment was a good comfortable temperature.
− Not much not to like. The kitchen was fairly basic and could maybe do with a few more bowls/pans etc, but it was fine for our purposes.

9.0The house was comfortable. We have not used the garden and seating outside because of the cold weather. Location was great. You could easily walk to the centre of Tunbridge Wells. Under 20 mins by foot to 2 large supermarkets. The train to London takes about an hour. The owner was very helpful (quick responses) when our car broke down and we had to stay some more nights.
