− The air con was locked so we couldn’t use it & spent an hour in conversation them saying how to work it when they knew it was locked when I notice this they stopped communication with us very disappointing as we booked it because of the air conditioning
The property is basically a lovely flat, but the facilities have not been thought through and there are a lot of things

− Lack of facilities. Nowhere comfortable to relax apart from one hard sofa in the kitchen. No surfaces or proper bedside table in one of the bedrooms, no mirrors in the bedrooms. Air-conditioning very temperamental and didn’t adjust up or down at all easily. Hob in kitchen, not efficient.
Big apartment with nice view.
6.0The apartment is very spacious and has wonderful view from the balcony. The beach and the old town are within walking distance. The place is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine)
− Contact with the agency that is taking care on behalf of the owner was very difficult. They ignored emails that I had sent. Messages on booking.com were replied in Italian despite the fact that I contacted in English. Of course nowadays it's not a big issue to translate them nevertheless I would expect more pro-client approach. Also the deposit of 300 EUR was returned only 5 days after we left the apartment. Questions I sent right after the stay regarding the timeline of the deposit return were ignored either. There are problems with electricity in the building so you can use only 2 cooking zones on an induction hob at the same time Finally, parking in Noli is very difficult. Considering the fact that the apartment does not provide parking place you need to bear in mind that you will need to park quite far. If you want to use car on a daily basis that will be problematic.
