− Problemer med booking.com, derved problemer med at opholdet var registreret i systemet ved Bed and breakfast. Det var umuligt at få kontakt med ejeren pr telefon. Booking.com' s hjemmeside/app virkede ikke optimalt, derved ikke muligt at få kontakt dertil.
