6.0It was a place to lay your head. The room just gave me a weird vibe. We had the king bed. No mattress cover, the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed. The bathroom looked updated. The whole room needed a really good deep cleaning, not just a surface clean. The reviews said the restaurant down below was really good. We ate there and had the beef tip Alfredo and shrimp Alfredo. Very good portions, but the Alfredo sauce had no taste. So we were a little disappointed about that. The owners are very nice and friendly as well as our waitress. Just take note that there is no one on site 24/7 so make sure you have everything you need before the owners leave. The restaurant is only open from 4PM to 8PM.

4.0While I understand the hotel being short staffed and needing to leave the key for me as I arrived late in the evening, the room was actually unlocked when I arrived. As there was absolutely no one else around when I got there, I was very anxious about going in, as I had no way of knowing if anyone was in the unlocked room. While it seemed highly unlikely, it was concerning to arrive to an unlocked door. Additionally, there was food still in the freezer and a partially used bar of soap in the shower.

4.0The entire place is old and very sad looking. Not much effort was put into the room and it was just an mis match of whatever. It also wasn’t very clean.
