7.0Limpieza, estructura del piso, ubicación en la ciudad
− No me habian informado que no había ascensor y eramos 3 personas, de las cuales una de ellas tenía discapacidad física y llevaba andador. Tampoco funcionó bien la TV la 1a noche que nos alojamos y tuvimos que hablar con atención al cliente. Por lo demás todo bien

7.0Es un edificio antiguo, de 2 pisos sin ascensor, está renovado. Esta bien ubicado. Es un buen barrio, hay una escuela infantil al frente, estaban en huelga así que no se si se hace algun follon. El o la anfitriona siempre contesto muy rapido nuestros requerimientos. Enviaron a alguien para resolver el mal olor pero decidimos dejar la ventana abierta durante nuestra estadía y no tuvimos problemas.
− Los colchones eran incómodos, creo que ya estan desgastados, en el de la planta baja tenían protuberancias, los dos primeros días había un Hedor muy fuerte a cañerías, dejamos las ventana de la habitación de PB abierta y ya no se concentraba el mal olor. Dejaron solo 4 capsulas de cafe para 5 días 3 personas. El tostador de pan no funcionaba. La lavadora secadora no secaba. Detalles que pueden mejorar.
