8.0Size of the property was good, everything we needed, very clean, very good location, in the middle of the town and gillian kept us well informed re entering the property etc, was very friendly and was available, should we need to make contact
− I would consider having a fold up bed and sleeping bag in the property as opposed to using the sofa pull out bed and bulky bedding., but thats just a suggestion.

1.0− I didn’t even get into the property as the owner did not send the Key Code ! forcing me to pay out to sleep on the floor of my friends Hotel as there was no spare rooms. Booking.com have refunded me & I have had an apology from the owner but no offer of any compensation from her. Mistakes happen i accept ! 2 Hours i was wandering about in the Rain trying to find a Room. Which ruined our reunion. Difficult to find the property a Dirty Front Door with a very small number upon it, no signage saying octopus room. on entry my stomach sank thinking what the ek have i booked ! dirty stairs & if i was a Single Lady i wouldn’t of even walked up them. The Room was probably ok but because the Front Door was Grubby and the Stairs un swept 1st impressions wasn’t good.
