− La propreté moyenne.
Très bon emplacement mais aménagement de l’appartement à améliorer
3.0L’emplacement. Prêt de tout. Plage et centre ville. Cuisine bien équipée.
− Le bruit (pas de double vitrage). Vidange des poubelles en face à 1h du matin. Pas de double rideau donc le grand jour au quotidien. Lumière de la rue et du jour. Clic clac cassé pas pu dormir dessus. Lavabo SDB bouché. Vraiment mauvais souvenir. Dommage

10.0The property was well located, the property itself was perfect for what we needed good lighting etc, if I was to go back to Mataró I’ll be using this apartment again!
