Felt icky throughout as was concerned about general hygiene of the place
3.0Good location to Tower bridge
− The flat was not cleaned properly, most places covered in dust Horrendous smell coming from the bathroom Noisy neighbours upstairs which meant we hardly got any sleep Host never answers calls, so was only able to send messages on whatsapp Curtain fell off the rail and could have fallen on one of the children Still waiting for a refund as was not a pleasant stay and had to leave a night early

10.0The reservation was stolen and given to someone else.
− I did not like their behavior, their lies, taking our money and not getting it back yet, giving the room to someone else and leaving us in the street
