10.0Io e il mio fidanzato continuiamo a sceglierlo ogni volta che vogliamo soggiornare a Catanzaro lido perché è tutto perfetto! La proprietaria Annarita è una persona splendida e gentile e sempre disponibile per tutto! L’appartamento è molto luminoso e dotato di tutto ed è super pulito…appena si entra si sente profumo di pulito! Tutto perfetto!

9.0Very nice small apartment, very comfortable and AnnaRita, the host, was very forthcoming. The only mild issue is the lack of traditional windows in the bedroom, which feels a little cramped even if the feeling is mitigated by a large roof window with remote controls. For the rest, everything perfect.
