A football stadium stay with an unusual twist.
10.0Unusual location, but ideal setting to meet up with our grandson. Plus the next day to drop onto the motorway to head back home down south. The room was very comfortable and modern. Well equipped. We slept extremely well. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. We would definitely stay here again, and thoroughly recommend it to other visitors.
− The only issue I had was the 2 steps down into the bedroom after entering the room. Only because I had recently broken my ankle, and wasn't expecting steps inside the bedroom. Next time we visit, it will not be an issue.
Disappointing
4.0We like the location, plenty of parking, lovely rooms and a good breakfast.
− Although we were paying guest when we went to the bar for drinks and food we were abruptly ushered out and told you can't come in, it's tickets only for football, it would have been helpful if we were emailed about this before we booked that we were not allowed to use the hotels facilities. The hotel was not full by any means so it seemed odd we were given a room directly above the bar where the football and music was on. It's a shame.
