Location is good host hard to deal with

− Overall, the stay was disappointing. Despite the issues, the host was kind at the end after I asked him to stop yelling at me and my son, and he even offered us some alcohol. This wasn’t a language problem between us both , this was his attitude he understood English really well , the experience with the host William was problematic. He was quite abrupt both on the phone and in person. Paying for the accommodation was difficult; we had to give cash upon arrival, and this seemed to be his main focus, rather than welcoming us properly. I have never had to pay cash for a booking.com booking so I was concerned but it turned out ok . We were sent to the wrong apartment, which wasn’t our fault, he provided us with the address, but apparently, he has two properties, and we were given an "upgrade." Unfortunately, it was not an upgrade at all. The apartment was dirty and in need of cleaning, with mould in the bathroom. The kitchen was also dirty . The washing machine was broken, and there was a water leak in the kitchen, which caused my husband to slip and hurt his foot. However, he was good with this and was able to get a plumber to attend to the problem within hours . The beds were too hard, and the pillows felt like rocks, making for an uncomfortable stay
