9.0Super Aufteilung der Wohnung für Familienferien mit mehreren Generationen. Gute Ausstattung. Aufzug. Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt. Günstige Parkplätze in Gehdistanz.
− Sie ist als barrierefrei deklariert, was so nicht korrekt ist. Die Toiletten und Duschen sind mit einem Rollstuhl nicht erreichbar, man muss zwingend aufstehen und einige Schritte gehen können! Die „Kaffeemaschine“ (Biagletti) ist sehr klein für eine Wohnung für bis zu 12 Leute 😉.
Nice but kitchen needs a few more items for cooking.
9.0Location was excellent. A few minutes walk from the town. Everything within easy access. Clean, lots of beds and two bathrooms was a definite plus. The contact, Lorenzo, was friendly and helpful and very good communication from the very beginning. Great help with help of where to park and how to get around. WiFi was excellent.
− The kitchen is very small. There were no knives or cutting implements other than butter knives so making a family meal was difficult. There were no baking trays or dishes so we had to purchase temporary ones in order to use the oven. There isn’t a coffee table in the lounge so relaxing with drinks was hard and we didn’t want to put drinks onto the wooden floor so spent most of the time at the dining room table. This house has a few rules so if you are a bigger group that likes staying up into the night then this may not be the place for you. There are quiet hours that must be adhered to.
