Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation. It was a good location for us and comfortable.

We chose this place because it was close to where our family live in London. We wanted to be in walking distance and we stayed here for 3 weeks. The accommodation is new and the furniture was well laid out and very good. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, two bathrooms that were clean and a full kitchen. Everything worked and was clean. (The washing machine was apparently a dryer as well, but didn’t work for me as a dryer. I have never used one and needed instructions) Everything we asked the host was answered very quickly and he responded positively. He went out of his way to help with anything we asked. There is a bus outside the door to the train station. We used it often. There is a small Sainsbury’s very close that had everything I needed. (But I only found this because my family showed me. Some instructions at the location would have been helpful.) We were not there often during the day, but it was a great base for out time in London

− Although the accommodation was generally clean there were some things left in cupboards and drawers that probably needed to go. The crockery and cutlery was mix and match. Some written instructions on how to use the television, washing machine and dishwasher would be helpful. And where to dispose of rubbish. There is only a kettle-no coffee machine and no coffee or tea provided. A hairdryer would have been helpful for me as an international guest. I was very nervous to book this accommodation because of the lack of refund … and I still think that is huge, but it was a good choice for us. What we paid was fair when looking at what is an available in the area.

− Everything host didn’t message not once to let us know about our stay or about the keys we arrived at check in and waited for the host for nearly over an hour calling the host 100x no picking up then he decides to pick up and let us know his “out of town” and his friend will drop us off the key waiting for another hour he called me back telling me he don’t accept 1 night stay where I haven’t got my money back yet this was very very bad from the host would not recommend him check in was at 3 we arrived at 3 and he didn’t call us till 5!!!!
