− Heating system didn’t work well and it was very cold in the room. When we took a shower, suddenly water in the shower became cold a couple of times. They always replied us late.
Comfortable, convenient and adequate for a short stay. 1st floor flat (no lift), close to train, supermarket and eaterie
7.0Location was very close (few minutes walk) to Varese train station and within walking distance to large supermarket, shops and eateries. Sofa bed was comfortable. Flat had a washing machine, detergent was provided (enough for 2 washes) and a small drying rack available. Toilet is separate from shower room. New appliances and good wifi connection.
− Front room (room with bunks and sofa bed) was noisy at night with street and traffic noise. It was a bit basic in terms of supplies compared to other places we have stayed, for example there was no tea towel to dry dishes, no oven mitts to get hot items out of the oven, no basic pantry staples like oil, salt, pepper, tea or sugar.

10.0Clean, modern apartment ideally located in the heart of Varese. A short walk to the main street, shopping areas and train station. Plenty of restaurants, food shops and supermarkets nearby. Excellent Wi-Fi to be able to do work on. Secure underground parking in a locked garage - hard to get parking in Varese (without paying a lot for). This apartment worked perfectly for us (2 adults, 2 kids) for a short stay in our old home town, but could work just as well for a medium term stay for a family or business professional. The hosts were friendly and very helpful.
