9.0Wow! Everything! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were SO accommodating. We were delighted to with the brand new facilities, fantastic air conditioning, and the vicinity to Sunset Beach. Just a quick walk around the corner and BAM! You’re on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We couldn’t have been happier.
− Minor gripe, but it’d be nice if the fan and AC remotes had a wall mount or something. We kept losing them! That was our fault though. =P We highly recommend!

10.0The hosts were amazing. We had some issues with our flight which left us terribly jet lagged. They helped us order pizza and even picked it up for us! They helped us schedule tours and gave wonderful restaurant recommendations. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking and they didn’t charge a parking fee. They also didn’t charge a fee for the wifi. The location is fantastic. It’s close enough to Grace Bay to be easy, but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. The villa itself is great. Those coming from the US, think of it as a pool house, but with a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Super convenient after a day at the beach and multiple people needing showers. Each room also has its own air conditioner. You will really appreciate that after being in the elements. Overall I would give our stay a 10/10, and will definitely be staying there again!
