9.0After a long day of driving during our cross-country move from Virginia to Seattle, The Inn at Shady Pines was exactly what we needed. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and peaceful — honestly one of the best overnight stops we’ve had on this trip. We absolutely loved being able to park directly in front of our room, which made unloading the car so much easier after hours on the road. Traveling with a dog can sometimes be stressful, but their pet-friendly setup was a huge bonus and made us feel so welcome. The property itself has such a cozy, quiet vibe, and you can tell the owners really care about the experience. If you’re passing through Saint Ignace and need a relaxing place to recharge, I can’t recommend this spot enough. We’d absolutely stay here again!

10.0We didn't stay for breakfast, but the rooms were very comfortable. The beds were very firm, which we loved. The location is really good, too. Convenient and close to different roads/highways on the U.P.
− There isn't anything controllable that could have been better. The mosquitos were out in full force, but that is to be expected in the summertime.

10.0The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Location was very suitable. It was only a commuting stop and we were pleasantly surprised. One nice place for a short stay. Hope to stay again as we commute through the area often.
