− We were unhappy with our 6 days stay at the property and few of the points are here below. - not properly cleaned propety when we arrived: hair and dust..its like never dusted for months - no proper toiletries for 5 guests over 6 nights, we bought toilet paper, shower lotions.. - one towel per guest is not enough for such stays - NO Pre Notice about construction would commence on 25th at 6am every morning, bedrooms are next to construction and people noise - batteries weak in tv remote - and few more issues

9.0La localisation du logement est top!! A proximité de beaucoup de choses tout en étant au calme! La maison est bien agencée et le petit patio est un vrai plus très appréciable! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
It was for us a convenient place and adequate for our family needs.
6.0Unfortunately it was a very cold weekend. The heating was insufficient and went off at night. The glass doors to the patio let an enormous amount of heat escape. They would benefit from retractable heavy curtains. Some of the mattresses and duvets were lumpy and uncomfortable.
− We were also disturbed by the early morning (7am) noise from oxygen delivery and rubbish collection from the Edward VII hospital. (Not your fault)

Strictly no smoking, no parties. Dispose of rubbish appropriately. Keep the property clean and tidy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important.
