10.0La ubicación en primer lugar, después la tranquilidad y el silencio y por último que se adaptará a mí familia en cuanto a tamaño, sin dejar atrás la comunicación y atención de Samuel, el dueño.

6.0Las vistas. La cocina. El anfitrión fue atento.
− Mobiliario muy antiguo y escaso. Lámparas sin bombillas o enchufes en dormitorios. Luz exterior fundida en terraza. Los toalleros de los baños y soportes de jabones se caían al suelo. No hay wifi en el apartamento. Sólo dejó 1 juego de llaves. Con pocos detalles y algo más de interés en elantenimiento mejoraría el estado general del apartamento.

9.0Un amplio apartamento, bien equipado, cómodo para estar allí varias personas ya que sus 2 baños resultan ideales. Muy fácil si ubicación justo frente a la playa. Sin ninguna duda repetiría..
− Por decir algo, el olor a alcantarilla en algunos sitios.
