7.0Everything was as expected, park is nice food good staff are friendly and welcoming. Great for children. Caravan was nice .
− Fridge needed a clean , TV Didn't work in lounge aerial was broken, This was disappointing . Overall the van is nice ,would be nice to have a welcome pack. Relaxing 2days away.

− Dirty utility drawer, full rubbish bin on arrival, sparking socket in bedroom, all reported to the owner
Additonal payment for swimming pool
6.0− The swimming pool access is not included in the reservation. You need to book and pay for swimming pool pass separately which was not advertised at booking.com. We were also not informed ahead of time that we need an additional swimming pool pass. The swimming pool pass can cost £30-40 per person during peak seasons. The owner refused to offer any alternative or discount because we could not access the swimming pool which was one of the reasons we chose this location.
