A pleasant stay by the river
8.0The apartment was very clean and bright and had all the necessary facilities. It is located in a quiet area close to the river where it is nice to walk. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby. We enjoyed having our morning coffee sitting in the secluded garden. Communication from Francesca was prompt and helpful. A very comprehensive list of rules and instructions is provided.
− As previously mentioned, check-in was a bit confusing. Although it states that there will be a refundable deposit to be paid in case of damage, we never received info on how to pay this. We were not given instructions on how to access the property because we had not paid the deposit. However, it was quickly sorted when we arrived.
Overall, it was a good place, liked being close to the boardwalk on the Thames.
7.0Location good, light and bright, good communication from host. Location great, great transport, both bus and trains. Good distance to Heathrow. Hammersmith was a main bus station which was great.
− A little complicated getting everything set up, further on line work to do with a third party company that took a deposit. It wasn't clear when booking, and showed up in emails and notifications close to the dates of arrival. I think some of it was due to not being a hotel and instead an airbnb type accommodation. Getting keys was a process, online information provided on the day, including watching videos. Apartment upstairs very loud.
Lovely 2 bed apartment. Great for my family visiting. Highly recommend & hope to use again.
