− Didn't cater for children, no plastic plates, cups etc. No spare towels or linen or indoor clothes airer. Showers left a lot of water on floor but only 1 floor mat that was saturated and no face washers.

8.0Location was great and the house was lovely and warm.
− I arrived 30mins after the time I requested (3pm) and I still hadn't received the lock box codes or entry instructions. I had to ring the support number and the person I spoke to was unhelpful and rude. There were no teabags which I thought was a bit odd. Plenty of coffee but no tea. Lots of water hits the bathroom floors. Extra towels would be good to mop up the water. Also the towels were a bit small and thin. More Lux towels would suit the property better.

− Confused by the security deposit being withdrawn after departing the house and not before entering, was all sorted same day though!
