6.0The host is a nice person, when we had little trouble with hot water everything was resolved quickly, close walking distance,to the sea,
− There’s no proper breakfast, just coffe juice and a few pastries to choose from, they have a few sandwiches which you have to pay for. You should specify that instead of saying breakfast!

9.0We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked amazingly well, which made a big difference during our stay. The location was also excellent, especially for accessing the beach only a 15 minute walk, and it was a convenient base for exploring the area.
− The only downsides were that we could often hear constant music coming from downstairs, which was a little disruptive at times, but we aren't the lightest sleepers so managed to sleep fine. We also found it uncomfortable that there were frequently groups of men gathered behind the door who would persistently try to flirt whenever we entered or left the apartment. This made the entrance area feel less welcoming and could be improved to make guests feel more comfortable.

9.0Struttura ben curata e servizi ottimi! Gestione da remoto x il check-in/out e massima disponibilità da parte del personale. Gentilezza e cordialità a supporto di tutto il soggiorno. Colazione buonissima a due passi dalla struttura, vicina alla spiaggia Poetto. Consigliata +++

10.0Absolutely amazing. Service and location is 10/10. The noise was very minor and isn’t as bad some as people make it out as.

1.0Ottima posizione vicino al mare
− Camere troppo vicine con muri sottilissimi, praticamente impossibile avere privacy. Durante il fine settimana impossibile dormire a causa della musica alta del bar fino a tarda notte. Porte delle stanze cigolanti e difficoltà immensa nell'inserire la chiave nella serratura per chiudere la porta. Servizio di pulizia molto scadente, l'ultimo giorno ho trovato ben due scarafaggi vivi sotto il mio letto per non parlare delle lenzuola maleodoranti e macchiate.
