− Phòng bẩn , hôi , nhà vệ sinh không xả nước được , cửa ban công ko chốt được . Đã Thanh Toán tiền phòng , nhưng lên nhìn phòng quá tệ và đi luôn ... Đã thanh toán tiền phòng nhưng nhân viên không xác nhận đã đến trên Boking mà tự í hủy lí do khách không đến .
